Welcome to Florida Express Water. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing. Once payment is received, orders will be prepared and scheduled for delivery.

Delivery

• We offer free delivery within Miami and surrounding areas.

• All deliveries are performed by our own carrier.

• Orders are dispatched within one (1-2) business day after payment is received.

• Delivery times may vary depending on scheduling and availability.

No Returns Policy

All sales are final.

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must report any damaged or incorrect orders at FEWSupply@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will review and provide a resolution if applicable.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information

• Ensuring access for pallet delivery

• Being available to receive the order at the scheduled time

Limitation of Liability

Florida Express Water is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including weather, traffic, or access issues at the delivery location.
